Electric motors draw considerably high current at low and high voltage. This higher current affects the electrical motors in three ways:

• This higher current of electric motor requires higher setting of overload relay to avoid frequent tripping of motors. Higher setting of overload relay has very little safety margin against single phasing & mechanical faults. Choice of Voltage Range
The stabilizer with input 330-460V is ideally suitable for all industrial purposes even if the voltage variation may be much higher. With this model even at 300V input, you will correspondingly get output voltage of 365 V and 435Vrespectively, which being of very short duration duting the year, will not be harmful.

Installation
The stabilizer can be installed at the mains or section wise after the LTACB/OCB. Installation needs cables of suitable capacity to input from ACB/OCB and from output to Distribution panel. Over voltage signal is provided which can be used for Tripping ACB/OCB in case voltage goes beyond specified level.
