As the name suggests the HT AVR is connected to the HT Line and which filters the fluctuations in the voltage before feeding it to the transformer, thus HT AVR supplies rated Stabilized Voltage to the Transformer and hence enable the utilization of the transformer up to its full kVA rating & simultaneously protecting it from High/Low voltage fluctuation.
